At Senzo Matcha, we want you to be happy with your order. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Just make sure everything is in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Please don’t send anything back without checking in first.

Wrong or Damaged Order?

If your item arrived damaged or it’s not what you ordered, reach out to us within 14 days.
Send a quick email to info@senzomatcha.nl with your order number and a few photos—we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know.
If approved, you’ll get your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
