Order Processing

We process all orders within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. For any concerns, feel free to send us an email at info@senzomatcha.nl

Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate before finalizing your order. Senzo Matcha is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

We carefully pack every order to ensure your matcha products arrive in excellent condition.

Shipping Origin & Carriers

Shipments within the Netherlands:
We use PostNL, DHL, or DPD for NL deliveries.

EU Shipments:
We ship to EU and UK as well. Delivery services and rates will vary depending on the destination country and shipping address provided. The most suitable courier will be selected for each order based on reliability and speed.

UK Shipments:

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. UK import VAT and customs duties may apply upon delivery. These fees are collected by the courier and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge UK VAT at checkout.

In certain cases, if we cannot ship to your country or address, Senzo Matcha reserves the right to cancel and fully refund your order.

Shipping Rates

Free NL/BE/DE/UK shipping on orders from €49.

€5.95 NL flat shipping fee for orders under €49.

Other EU countries and UK Shipping fee is always on behalf of customers.

Tracking & Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Tracking availability may vary depending on the destination and logistics provider.

Responsibility & Liability
Senzo Matcha is a small, independently run business built with passion and dedication. We handle each order with care and attention.

However, once an order has been handed over to the courier, Senzo Matcha is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by third-party carriers. Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
